Responsibilities: - Preparation & forwarding of quotations and order confirmations for sales to clients. - Order execution monitoring - Unpacking inspections at customer site - Ensure timely delivery of the needed components - Handling and coordination of NCC ('non-conformities') for the delivered scope - Timely invoicing and payment monitoring. - Link between external and internal stakeholders, ensuring Quality and efficiency - Close cooperation with WinGD Switzerland - Monthly reporting to Line Manager
Requirements: - Understands complex technical and commercial specifications in English language effectively - Excellent SAP R/3 or S4 and MSO skill such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. - Understanding of reporting requirements - Good Logistic knowledge with global import and export experience - Good negotiation skills for selling components - Open, communicative personality with a high degree of assertiveness - Min. 5 years’ experience in a similar position with component trading / support functions / logistics - Technical understanding, optimally with 2-3 years of work experience in shipbuilding area - Excellent skill for MSO such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. - Being familiar and ready to work with ERP system SAP - Understands complex technical and commercial specifications in English language - University / BSc (industrial or commercial)
