职责描述: In new energy market, improving Jotun presence, market share, service ability and awareness of industrial products. Promote the sales of value-added solutions through the specification route for target industrial projects and upstream companies in China.
Collect customer needs, market trend and competition information and understand market overall picture, including market size, market share, customer segmentation, key successful factors in certain segment , etc. Set the strategic sales goals and objectives for Industrial Specification Selling and make sure it is followed and achieved in aligned time frame. Report activity and strategy implementation progress and updates to Sales Managers. Attend Jotun sales meetings and liaise with relevant staff regarding reference project updates. Prepare industrial premium product/solution training materials and conduct effective training accordingly.

Strong related knowledge and skills of Business Development, Marketing, Finance and Administration Management Good command of CRM & MS office Strong English skills both orally and literally Good planning, organization, communication and influential skills Location: Shanghai or Jiangsu
