Key Responsibilities – 61 Maintenance of Quality & Testing records for the company. Share records with Internal team & buyers as per requirements. 1. factory evaluation records. 2. Samples (submissions) with comments (shipment samples, inspected lot swatches, inspection roll heads, approvals, etc.) 3. Supplier certifications & validity (OEKO-TEX /GRS/GOTS/SDL etc.,) 4. Internal & external Test reports & test report validity. 5. Approval Files. 6. Internal inspection reports 7. Buyer approval emails 61 Coordination & Communication – With internal team & testing laboratories for getting on-time test results & for retests if required. 61 Review 1. Development, pre-production & production samples (LD/strike off/shipment samples) & provide approval/rejection comments. 2. QA/QC team’s inspection reports & give comments if required (Pass/Fail/Hold for buyer comments). 61 Prepare 1. QA/QC team’s inspection schedule as per instructions from QAM. 61 Conduct Final Inspections for shipments leaving from office or Factory (in case required) and provide inspection report. 61 Perform risk analysis for new orders/product/items which need extra care. Share with QA team. 61 Testing Costs – Review and approve for Finance team to settle. For retests, inform Production to debit supplier.
