岗位要求: Requirements: 1. 建立和不断更新眼镜维修的标准,拓展新的维修技术,为客户提供更专业的维修效果; Establish and update the standard of glasses maintenance, develop new maintenance technology, provide more professional maintenance effect for customers. 2. 熟悉眼镜维修中心操作流程,并不断优化,建立和完善维修中心管理体系和SOP制度; Familiar with the operation process of glasses maintenance center, and constantly optimize, establish and improve the maintenance center management system and SOP system; 3. 对眼镜维修技能/知识持续学习,给团队维修人员积极开展培训,提高大家维修技能水平; Continue to learn glasses maintenance skills/knowledge, actively conduct training for team maintenance personnel to improve their maintenance skills. 4. 善于与客户沟通,解答或解决客户各种疑问或要求,处理协调好与客户关系; Be good at communicating with customers, answering or solving all kinds of questions and requirements, handling and coordinating with customers; 5. 提高客服人员的服务意识和素质,降低客户投诉; Improve the service awareness and quality of customer service personnel, reduce customer complaints; 6. 负责维修中心团队人员的日常工作安排和工作绩效KPI考核,提高工作效率; Responsible for daily work arrangement and KPI evaluation of Maintenance Center team members to improve work efficiency. 7. 根据工作要求,熟练操作物流管理系统和制作各类报表; Be familiar with logistics management system and reports according to work requirement. 8. 负责处理客户的各种投诉问题,并积极改进避免再次发生,提高服务水平; Responsible for dealing with customer complaints, and actively improve to avoid recurrence, improve service level; 9. 完成其他任务。 Complete other tasks. 任职资格: Requirements: 1. 大专及以上学历; College degree or above; 2. 有3年以上维修中心品质管理经验,如熟悉眼镜工作方面优先考虑; At least 3 years quality management experience in maintenance center, familiar with glasses work is preferred. 3. 具有英文读写说能力; Ability to read, write and speak English. 4. 熟悉ISO质量管理体系; Familiar with ISO quality management system; 5. 熟练使用物流管理系统(如ERP, SAP)和办公软件; Proficiency in logistics management systems (e. g. ERP, SAP) and office software; 6. 责任心强,团队合作能力强,有良好的团队协作意识,能承受高强度的工作压力。 Strong sense of responsibility, team work ability, good sense of team work, able to work under high pressure.
