Responsible for talent acquisition and ensure hiring efficiency, including but not limited to full-cycle recruitment, campus recruitment, conduct talent mapping and build talent pool for company’s development. 负责人才招聘,确保招聘效率,包括但不限于全周期招聘、校园招聘,进行人才测绘,为公司发展 建立人才库。 2. Develop and manage hiring channels to obtain sufficient recruiting resource 开拓且管理招聘渠道,获取并积累充足的行业资源 3. Make effective plan and arrangement for recruitment, submit data statistics and analysis 对招聘工作进行有效计划安排,提交数据统计与分析 4. Organize or participate in recruitment related programs and activities, 组织或参与招聘相关的项目和活动 5. Other working tasks assigned by line manger 直线经理安排的其他工作
Qualification and Experience 资历与经验 1.Bachelor degree or above.,At least 2 years related working experience in multinational company 大学本科或以上, 2 年以上跨国公司相关工作经验; 2.Familiar with various recruiting channels, tools, methodologies and techniques 熟悉各种招聘渠道、工具、方法和技巧 3.Instinctive to data and good at data analysis 对数据有直觉,善于数据分析 4.Good planning, organizing, coordinating capacity. 良好的计划、组织和协调能力;
