2. 协助物流专员从客户发货到货物到达目的地的跟进工作。

3. 协助协调货代、快递和仓库三方，确保所有货物顺利进出。
Assist in coordinating with freight forwarders, courier companies and warehouses to ensure smooth movement of all shipments in and out.
4. 熟悉与国际贸易有关的条款和规定。

5. 能熟练运用各种办公软件
Proficiency in the use of various office software.
6. 协助制作报关和清关单据。
Assist in the preparation of customs declarations and clearance documents.
7. 协助每月准备相关退税资料。
Assist in the preparation of relevant tax returns on a monthly basis.
8. 能流利运用英语进行交流，制单及编辑邮件等。
Fluent in English for communication, order making and mail editing, etc.
