要求: 学历大专或本科,人力资源和英语专业优先 2年以上人力资源或共享服务中心相关经验,有500人以上考勤管理经验优先(外企工作背景 nice to have) 有HR数据管理系统经验,熟练使用excel,outlook等,(英语四级或以上 nice to have); 有责任心,细心,愿意沟通,愿意接受和学习新事物,有一定压力承受能力;
Position: HR数据考勤专员 Job description: Mission: Responsible for organizational Data, employee’s master data, and ensure data quality meets the corporate standards. Responsible for time reports, and time system administration to ensure the accuracy of time data. 1. Responsible for data management for Continental China Locations, incl. but not limited to Organizational Data, Personnel data, maintaining and updating them through enabling system solutions, e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP or vendor systems as per business needs. 2. Provide transactional support to maintain employee record in the HCM system, includes follow-up to approvals, clarifying information or correcting data. 3. Handle time management, correct and administrate HR data for employee work time, overtime, and absenteeism (vacation/ sickness). Support to solve and answer employee’s time or data related questions on site if needed. 4. Responsible for regular HR time& data reports delivery to responsible locations. 5. Handle customer inquiries and address solutions via internal ticket system, making sure SLA is met. 6. Continuous process improvement is required and keep HR operations processes are in compliance with Corporate standards. 7. Back up other team members when needed. 8. Other HR operational tasks assigned by supervisor Job Requirement: 1. Experience in HR operations or HR SSC 2. 1-2 years’ experience in HR related functions 3. SAP or SuccessFactors hands-on experience are preferred 4. Effective communication with HR Team and employee experience service skills
