客服专业/助理/实习生 Main Responsibilities 主要工作职责 1. Providing customer support via telephone, e-mail, and/or Wechat. Responding to customer questions and info request. 2. Ensures the accurate processing of customer enquiries, customer forecasts and orders processing. 3. Monitors and coordinates the Supply Chain to ensure the delivery performance. 4. Resolving customer complaints; Convey info to internal, follow up internal investigation status and communicate with customers. 5. Follow up aging accounts 6.
