? Promoting cross selling across regions and business units and identify new potential business opportunities from global account.
? Develop and maintain account relationships within and global account’s organization, with national wide Coverage.
? Formulating cross-business-unit / Cross region solutions to fulfil end to end supply chain strategy.
? Achieve the sales target which assigned on monthly/yearly basis.
? Provide solution to critical operational issues. Involve local office team for issue resolving and new project implementation.
? Lead responses to RFQ/RFP of the global accounts and drive the implementation afterwards.
? Establish long-term strategic partnership with clients, account management, bid management and contract negotiation;
? Support other internal organizations to secure the business opportunities or sales leads;
? Share valuable market information within the team and the network for management strategic decision making;
? Develop extensive knowledge of the customers’ industry, their customers and their critical business issues, incl. finance, operation and the supply chain.
? Regularly review with customers on achievement of performance outcomes including collation of customer agreed KPI’s, organize the regular meeting with operations and service team.
? Contract renewal or any new RFQ tendered for incremental business from the accounts.
Qualification Requirements:
· Bachelor degree, major in Logistics/Sales Marketing related preferred.
· 3 years relevant working experience.
· Deep understanding of Contract Logistics strategy, products and solutions for price, cost and commercial preferred.
· Familiar with local business environment and international business development trends, good sense of the industry development trend and requirements;
· Familiar with international logistics operation environment preferred;
· Project management skill, ability to find and develop new business and to write up logistics solution proposal.
· Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, leading, optimistic personality and capable to work in team
· Good command of English (written & spoken), excellent presentation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
