Job Description: Import business ? Coordinate production platform, trading company and R&D to obtain import demands. ? Organize China business and HQ SBUs to arrange replenishments. ? Place purchase orders into SAP according to the import needs ? Being the contact with HQ export team and get the booking notice from HQ ? Organize forwarders for Customs clearance. ? Import expense management ? Support production platform/R&D to import raw materials, spare parts, catalysts and samples. ? Coordinate with China logistic & warehousing team to satisfy local customers. ? Attend weekly supply chain meetings to keep the team updated on import matters. Systems maintenance ? SAP, Customs system, Tax system data maintenance and ensure accuracy. ? Maintain tools such as TMS/WMS/RPA etc. to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Supplier management ? Record supplier performance in daily work. ? Quarterly work with the team to evaluate supplier performance. Supply chain analyst ? Collect supply chain data such as forecast, delivery, costs etc. ? Report and support supply chain manager for specialties
Qualifications: - College or above - Majored in supply chain, international trade, or business - 3+ years’ experience in import business - Excellent communication/coordination skills - SAP MM skills - Good language skills in English to communicate with WW team - Willing to meet new challenges - Simplify the processes - Good team spirit, high engagement and have positive work attitude
