Job Purpose: Achieve brand awareness, generate leads and realize conversion via digital marketing, content marketing and online/offline activities etc. Key Responsibilities: Content for Strategic Markets: work together with global/regional team to understand Value proposition of Strategic Markets opportunity and develop content or translate into local version. Messaging and communication strategy: Work with regional/global team to plan and execute SMBG China marcom through collaboration on online tools (SNS and traditional) /offline marcom events, Content and branding oversight: During execution of marcom plan, ensure consistency of content and branding, determine visual appearance, and make it appealing and inspiring to the target audience by combining art and solutions know-how. Standardization and efficiency: work with global/regional team to leverage resource efficiently. Develop and execute marketing communications plans for MCAM China -Initiate & implement marketing communications plans for, including but not limited in tradeshows, online / offline promotional campaigns, etc. Digital marketing - Maintain and update company website and social medias, also manage the leads; - Generate creative and engaging content for social media by working with vendor, to make sure good quality before release. - Leverage digital marketing tools / platforms to reach out to more potential customers / enhance customer management efficiency (webinar, mircro site, live chat etc) Events - Organize exhibitions to convey brand values and product solutions to the target audiences, also manage the leads; - Organize other marketing activities, eg. seminars, tech days etc. - Organize internal activities. Marcom Materials - Develop / localize marketing items, including but not limited in brochures, flyers, videos, sample kits etc. Other - Advertisement, and news release. - Other tasks and implement project as assigned. - Liaise with global marketing team and regional corporate comms team. Accept EHS training to comply with all EHS rules and take the responsibilities for accident report and assigned EHS action. Qualification Requirements: 1. No strict limit on major, Marketing or Advertising related background preferred. 2. 2+ years’ work experience. 3. Creative, initiative, and able to act independently. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, and copy writing ability. 5. The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects at one time. 6. Good attention to detail and accuracy, and good aesthetics ability. 7. Good organizational and planning skills. 8. Fluent English, both written and verbal.
