岗位描述: 1/ Organize the kick-off meeting for projects, write the meeting minutes,etc 组织召开项目启动会议,书写会议记录等 2/ Assist sales to make quotation and conract in English and Chinese , follow up the order and payment,draft and fill related document. 协助销售进行报价、合约制作, 要求中英双语,订单跟进、跟进款项、 相关表格的撰写和填写等 3/ Contact with sister company & internal production、purchasing department for cost and delivery time, clarify the technical points in the quotation 与国外兄弟公司、内部生产、采购部门联系,询价设备的成本、交货期、澄清一些技术问题。 4/ Reply the inquiry or email from sales or customer 回复来自销售人员或者客户的问询或邮件。 5/ Review and approve the tickets and hotel for sales。Review and approve the reimbursement for sales。 审批销售人员出差的机票,火车票、酒店等。审批销售部门的报销业务 6/ Other sales admin work, like express the contract, daily report the meal quantity of sales department。Supporting outside company events such as Exhibition. 其他销售行政工作, 如合同快递,每日报餐等。协助公司的外部活动比如展会等。 7/ Other work that the head of the sales department request 部门领导安排的其他事宜 Qualification / 任职要求: 1/Fresh graduates, College degree,CET-4 and above, good in English, especially proficiency in written English 应届毕业生也可以,大专学历;英语四级或以上,英语良好,尤其熟练掌握书面英语 2/ Be familiar with microsoft software, and ERP system, 熟练使用office办公软件和ERP 系统 3/ Excellent communication skill 良好的沟通技能
