Principal accountabilities/Main tasks: 1. Define the sales strategic plan based on industry trend and global/regional requirements; 2. Collect the demand forecast from direct customers and verify the accuracy; 3. To map out clear value chain in the assigned areas and have a clear vision with key direct customers; 4. Collaborate with global teams to maximize the value of internal resources to drive sales; 5. Process day to day sales activities / orders and keep close connection with customers; 6. Coordinate sales orders with supply chain, finance and related departments 7. Collect market information & monitor competition landscape in the industry 8. Search for new business opportunities & applications, work closely with BD and *** colleagues to develop new business applications for all kind of fibers; 9. Other tasks assigned by leaders
Skills/Knowledge/Experience: 1. Advanced/Bachelor degree in Textile; preferable textile engineering, dyeing/finishing or adjacent businesses; 2. At least 7-8 years sales experiences in textile industry 3. Understand the whole value chain for textile industry 4. Familiar with JDA and CRM system 5. Adequate know how of the textile market 6. Team player character with adequate leadership, communication and negotiation skills 7. Good command of Madrin and English in oral and written
