Job Responsibilities: The Main responsibilities of this position includes but not limits to the following.
工作职责:该职位包括但不仅限于以下职责:
1. Provide the full spectrum of Human resources support for Shanghai office (job advertisement, interview, initial evaluation for the interviewee, assessment arrangements, preparation of Attachments of Labour Contract and Amendments to Attachments of Labour Contract, termination of the contracts, dismissal etc.)
向上海办公室提供全方位的人力资源支持(包括招聘,面试,初步评价面试对象,绩效评估,制定和修订劳动合同的附件,终止合同,解除劳动合同等)
2. Develop and maintain all types of staffing channels appropriate.
开发和维护合适的招聘渠道
3. Implementation of effective recruitment based on seasonal, yearly plan.
根据季度和年度招聘计划开展有效的招聘工作
4. Employment and Dismissal Management
员工入职和离职管理
5. Periodical Analysis and Control of turnover rate to yearly target in the office
定期对员工的离职率进行统计并将其控制在年度计划内
6.Thorough understanding of the details of FESCO contract and service items; check and confirm monthly bills
充分了解公司与外服公司之间的合同以及服务条款;检查确认每月的外服账单"
7. Make plans for the trainings and make analysis of training records consisted of entry orientation, on-the-job training, and training for professional skills etc. for human resources reserve and staff personal development.
制定培训计划,对入职培训、在职培训以及专业培训如人力资源储备和员工个人发展等的培训整体进行分析
8. Develop and implement performance evaluation system.
开发和实施绩效管理体系
9. Monitor payroll and monthly reports to senior management
监督薪酬管理,每月向高级人事经理提供报告
10.Trace China Labour Law and other local regulations and timely advise to senior management.
定期跟踪劳动合同法和其他当地法律条款的更新并时时向高级人事经理提供建议.
11.Formulate and update full criterions of company rules, regulations, staff book and any other agreements (training, promotions etc.) to guide staff's work within the limits of company's acceptable scopes.
制定和更新公司的规章制度,员工手册和其他协议(包括培训和晋升等),指导员工在公司的制度规定内进行工作
12.Other tasks assigned by the Senior Management of the company.

13.Have to cooperate with all the other depts in the company.

Qualifications:
资质:"
1."Language Abilities 语言要求"
"Proficient in oral and written English, CET-6 or above,熟练的英语口语和读写能力(英语六级或以上).
2.Computer Skills 电脑技能
"Familiar with MS softwires 熟练使用办公软件"
3.Working Experience 工作经验要求 More than 5 years HR-related working experiences and at least one year HR managerial position. 5年以上人力资源以上经验以及至少1年以上的管理经验
4."Education & Training 教育 & 培训水平"
"Bachelor or above degree, Major in HR or attendance in related courses.HR professional Certificate is a plus 本科及以上学历,人力资源或相关专业;有人力资源证书者优先考虑"
5."Additional Requirements 额外要求"
"Highly responsible, and attention to details; 责任心强,注重细节
Skilled in communication and coordination. 良好的沟通和协调能力
Self-motivated,can work under pressure; 自我激励,并能承受一定的工作压力
Familiar with local labor regulations, management of remuneration, manpower, insurances, training etc. 熟悉地方法律法规、薪酬管理、人力资源管理、保险和培训等
Team working spirit; 具备良好的团队工作能力"
