As the Business Development Manager, you will: - Build a strong opportunity pipeline of industrial vertical especial in East /south China regions. - New business development with focus on Contract Logistics industrial products including hi-tech/lighting/auto parts/ chemical (NDG) sub-segments and meet objectives and budget on new business gain. - Lead customer meetings and sales visits and able to provide and present tailored and innovative solutions to potential customers. - Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with key account contacts to identify further business opportunities with existing and potential customers. - Collaborate with Asia regional BD and Toll Forwarding Division team, handle sales lead properly. - Work on RFQ/RFP responses, manage the bid process and work closely with solution team. - Qualifications: As the Business Development Manager, you will: - Resilient and supportive in the management of change in behaviours, technology and processes - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Demonstrated planning, prioritisation and organisation skills - Strong interpersonal/negotiation/diplomacy skills - Innovative in approach to delivering services - Good delivery experience with large scale programs
