Responsibilities: 1. Drive growth opportunities for supply chain, warehousing/distribution products with a high level of commercial, technical/operational and market understanding; 2. Coordinate with solution team to provide pricing on opportunities brought forward by commercial teams; 3. Maximize synergies & overall profitability on opportunities; 4. Actively lead the RFI, RFQ and RFP process for supply chain, warehousing/distribution product. Ensure RFQ & RFP proposals submitted are comprehensive, competitive and within the parameters set by global product; 5. Lead new business pursuits via our sales/internal stakeholders to deliver a sound business proposal on time; 6. Approach new leads jointly with relevant sales colleagues, transferring opportunity ownership to sales in line with sales accountability; 7. Lead sales call for promotion of supply chain, warehousing/distribution products capability to target customer, leveraging their product knowledge; 8. Provide ongoing support to key account customers to secure existing business by assuring reliability and increasing customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or the equivalent is preferred; 2. A minimum 5 years in commercial role in logistics; 3. Good market and industry knowledge for handling procedures of supply chain, warehousing/distribution; 4. Strong internal and external communication and interpersonal skills; 5. Strongly sales-oriented with excellent service quality; 6. Strong analytical skills and be solution provider; 7. Strong negotiation and presentation skills; 8. Ability to communicate and write in English.
