Job Responsibility: * Daily communication with customers, establish good relationships 建立与维护良好的客户关系 * Order processing, together with domestic purchasing, follow up delivery time 订单处理,与采购部门沟通入货交期 * Order processing, together with logistic, follow up goods delivery 订单处理,与物流部门沟通发货进展 * SAP booking for all orders, Stock List & Consumption list preparation and sending out 在SAP系统维护销售订单,定期整理库存及消耗清单 * Dealing with complain from customers, improve customers satisfaction 配合处理客户投诉,提高客户满意度 * Customer payment follow up, invoice checking with customers 开票对账,货款跟进 * Following the personal targets that are defined by the Management and agreed with the employee. 达成公司设定的个人相关KPI指标 * Other specific tasks defined by the Dept. Leader. 其他部门主管分配的工作Job qualification: 1. At least 2 years work experience in sales. 2年销售类相关工作经验。 2. Experience in the field of mechanical components, fastener experience is a plus. 有紧固件或者工业品行业经验优先。 3. Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must. 英语良好。 4. Proficient in computer skills, such as MS Excel, Word, PPT etc. 熟悉Excel, Word, PPT等相关办公软件。 5. ERP-experience is a must, SAP is a plus. 具备ERP相关操作经验,熟悉SAP优先。 6. Strong team work spirit and interpersonal skills. 良好的团队精神与技能。 7. Good negotiation skills. 良好的谈判技能。
