Key Accountabilities
1. Coordinate with domestic and foreign main engine plants and customers on vehicle import and export shipment matters on Roro.
2. Helping the team to solve various problems in operations
3. Responsible for tracking and updating the information flow of booking, international segment in transit, customs clearance, etc. for all import and export projects
4. Responsible for updating and maintaining the vehicle logistics transportation system
5. Follow SOP and process shipment in regard with both routing orders and ad-hoc request from customers
6. Manage supplier reconciliation and payment requests
7. Execute necessary operation initiatives and projects to support the Operation Manager in achieving Company/business objectives

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. International trade, supply chain management, automotive, business, English majors preferred
3. Over 5 years relevant experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
4. Excellent MS Office skills (Excel advanced)
5. Analytical and business process driven
6. Ability to distance him/herself from current operational reality and to envision a future situation
7. Ability to integrate tactics and drive process improvements
8. Able to work in a matrix organization and in an international environment
61 Overtime and occasional business trip are required according to business need
