Key responsibilities 主要职责：
1) To drive customer presentation project progress for Twin-star & TSV key customers;
2) Be primary owner for process recipe development, which include develop the process which meet demo criteria and productivity criteria. Complied demo report and communicate to region team and customers;
3) Onsite support for new tool qualification and process transfer;
4) Support productivity enhancement experiment in NC lab;
5) Support new hardware test in NC lab.


Key requirement 资历要求 :
1. Master and above degree, major in science or engineering, PhD is preferred.
2. Preferred majored in chemistry, physics and material science.
3. >3 years Dry Etch, especially ICP etch related experience.
