Job Description: Trade Marketing Strategy and Channel Development To take initiative, plan and implement activation with business priority & brand strategy : - focusing on On channel (Night Club, Bar, KTV, Small Trendy Bar & Family KTV ) and specific area OFF channel development and penetration. Work closely with regional sales team deliver creative solutions, develop channel activation mechanism, select outlets for implementation and execute regional trade activities so as to meet specific market needs Fully engage in fiscal business key project in terms of plan design, coordination and execution Project budget control and management in line with expectations Develop regular TMKT reports and build up strong relationship with key trade partners and gather market intelligence Execution Activities Qualified outlet/city plan for each activation to fit channel strategy and brand strategy. Well delivery and communication between trade and brand to ensure realize the brand & channel strategy. Effective communication between trade and brand and immediate feedback/action to leverage both needs.
