As an in-store trainer, your mission is to support on the development of retail selling team, in alignment with Vuitton Client Experience spirit and store strategy, to support the store business.
You will work closely with the Learning manager and SM to ensure a consistent training plan & efficient in store follow up.
· Facilitate on-boarding of newcomers
- Liaise with Learning Manager and SM to ensure a consistent and timely on-boarding for all newcomers
- Conduct the instore part of the New Hire onboarding
- Conduct Product Essential training
- On floor observation of the trainees, giving feedback on progress to the individual, their Line Manager and Learning manager during on boarding and induction
· Client Experience Advocate
- Serve as role model in store in terms of Client Experience
- Conduct effective on floor observation and feedback
- Work with SM/TM on Mystery Shopping & VOICE result, identify areas for improvement and take actions
- Liaise with Learning managers for CE workshop
· Lead a culture of instore learning and coaching
- Promote and lead the usage of Learning APP
- Promote “Coaching for People Development”
· Work closely with the SM and Learning team to identify learning plan of the store
- Identify proper programs for the store with target audience
- Work with Learning managers for workshop design to adapt to store need
