ACCOUNTABILITIES: Training Content & Development (40%) 61 Develop and deliver training content ranging from product, customer service, selling skills to orientation for new hires 61 Plan and develop training materials contextualized to the target audience and region’s needs i.e. language, training objectives. 61 Align training content with Regional Education Manager 61 Actively support and recommend continuous improvement pertaining to training processes and content 61 Monitor training effectiveness of content delivered through post-training assessment and feedback Training Collaboration (20%) 61 Ensure training needs are met and aligned with Marketing plan and Sales strategy 61 Ensure frequent communication and feedback among markets and other functions Operational Effectiveness (25%) 61 Plan and execute market visits regularly to ensure continuous communication with operations team and to identify the needs of Beauty Advisors 61 Partner Sales Team and Area Sales & Operations Manager closely by aligning both Education and Sales strategies and provide support where needed 61 Responsible for guiding and ensuring Field Trainer conducts counter coaching effectively 61 Work with Area Sales & Operations Manager to design and implement incentive programs, monitor targets and feedback on results to identify training opportunities People and Budget Management (10%) 61 Leads Field Trainer to provide best-in-class counter coaching and generic staff training 61 Guides Field Trainer to support Beauty Advisor training in mainland China 61 Motivate, inspire and develop Field Trainer, Beauty Advisors and serve as a role model in image and professionalism 61 Responsible for Education budget management for the region Project and Events Management (5%) 61 Provide strong support in planning and execution for the annual Brand Education Meeting event 61 Ensure high level of standard and excellence in execution for all counter event support and in all other Brand-related events 61 Be a strong partner for all Education projects and campaigns to drive awareness and participation among Beauty Advisors. Qualifications: 61 Completed University level education or equivalent is desirable 61 Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin 61 7-10 years of relevant training or training-related experience, preferably in beauty / fragrance / luxury retail business, including budget management experience over 3 years 61 Travel Retail experience a plus 61 Established track record in training, business management and stakeholder management 61 Strong facilitation skills 61 Strong understanding of instructional design and learning trends 61 Excellent time management skills 61 Flexibility to travel 70% within the region
