? Establish continuous improvement culture

Duties and Responsibilities

? Deploy WCM/continuous improvement initiatives and lead the implementation of WCM projects;
? Train and mentor employees in the applications of various WCM tools and methodologies;
? Lay out value stream map and drive and track improvement activities to optimize value stream;
? Establish and track performance metrics that accurately measure and reflect the plant status;
? Lead the standardization activities in terms of meeting, reporting and visual management;
Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)

o Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment and at least 3 year experience of Lean management;
o Good track record of demonstrated organization and coordination ability;
o Familiar with productivity improvement techniques including the use of problem solving methods
