Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering, business or law background is preferred; 2. Possess 5-10 years of work experience of which at least 3 years or more of sales, contract management work experience; 3. Have rich contract management experience and proficiently master contract and negotiation management tools; 4. Good team work, coordination, communication and collaboration skills. 5. Proficiency in Chinese and English Language; 6. Knowledge related to the design, process, and manufacturing of civil aircraft composite structures is considered as additional asset in the personnel selection; 7. Proficiency in Italian language is considered as additional asset in the personnel selection.
