Job Description: 1. Responsible for meeting the targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting. 2. To map potential customers and generate leads for the company. Sets the targets for subordinates and ensure the targets are realistic and achievable. 7. Responsible for ensuring his/her team is delivering desired results. Supervision is essential. Track their performances and improve their performance according to the KPI. 8. Responsible for taking decisions for CS team. He/she should act as a pillar of support for them and stand by their side at the hours of crisis. 9. Responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client. Client relationship management is also his/her KRA. 10. Responsible for making CS team being the bridge from Clients to the internal operation team. 11. Responsible for maintaining necessary data and records for future reference. 12. Responsible for optimizing operation flow according to clients request / company request. 13. Coordinate with internal departments. 14. Other jobs assigned by GM or another department’s Managers Requirements: 1. Possess excellent time management skills. 2. Excellent human relations skills to be able to work effectively with all members of the sales team, getting them to perform optimally. 3. Have knowledge of logistics management is prefer. 4. Good communication skills. 5. English & Chinese requested. 6. Multitasking skills & attention to detail. 7. A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business or commercial.
