岗位概述 Job Description:
To supervise the Front Desk Team. To ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for hiring, training and development of all concierge-related associates, so they are hospitable, outgoing and guest oriented.
监督前台区域。保证各岗位遵守酒店所有制度、程序以及标准，努力提升宾客满意度，保证上述区域始终专业运作。负责员工招聘、培训以及发展，提升员工热情友好度以及对客服务意识。
任职条件 Qualification：
1. Minimum 3 years of relative area work experience; minimum 1 years of management experience.至少3年相关领域工作经验；至少1年管理经验
2. Customer Service Oriented具有“客户服务至上”的理念
3. Efficiency高效的工作能力
4. Desirable Communication Skill良好的沟通技能
5. Organizer较强的组织能力
6. Team Player良好的团队合作精神
7.Fluent in English and Chinese. 中英文流利


Front Desk Supervisor 前台主管

The Front Desk Supervisor provides guest service as well as handles the set-up of daily reservations and check-in and check-out of guests.
前台主管为客提供服务，并负责每日预订、入住和退房。
? Review arrival information on a daily basis; VIP, Regular guest, Groups, special requests, etc. Follow up with Housekeeping，Room Service and other concerned departments.
上岗前查看当天抵店客人信息，包括贵宾，团队预订及其它相关的特殊要求。及时将相关信息通知客房部和送餐部及其它相关部门。
? Responsible for correct registration procedure; registration card, room allocation, credit policy, etc.
负责正确使用登记程序、填写登记卡、房间分配、信用卡使用条例等。
? Maintain good working relations with all departments, especially Housekeeping and Reservations. Checks discrepancies and out-of-order rooms, to ensure correct room status at all times.
与所有部门保持良好的协作关系，特别是客房部与预订部。检查房态差异报告以及维修房状态，确保随时保持正确的房间状态信息。
? Responsible for prepare activities for group arrival, correct definition of group masters to ensure correct charges.
负责团队抵店前的准备工作，确认团队总帐单以确保正确收款。

负责遵守饭店政策与服务程序，正确完成客人离店手续。
