TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. You are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.
TE Connectivity is seeking a qualified Product Manager. In this role, you will conduct market segmentation exercises to develop market segment-specific strategies and articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Role Summary: ? Lead the analysis of daily managerial situations impacting the assigned product lines. ? Own the full P&L for Cable Assembly and Value add in NA and SA region. ? Coordinate and implement product and applications training for customers, sales, customer service, applications engineering, etc. ? Research products and markets to maintain competitive intelligence. ? Gather product-related customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction. ? Work with the engineering team to ensure products are released on time and per customer requirements. ? Maintain industry, technical, application knowledge and other skills to increase personal effectiveness. ? Willingness to travel – customer visits, association presentations, field training, etc.

Qualifications/Skills: ? 5+ years of experience in sales, finance, engineering or applications engineering ? Relevant product or industry experience desired ? 4-year technical or business degree required ? Advanced degree (MBA) experience preferred
