Position Summary:
Establish and execute business plans by developing and keeping a competitive product portfolio for AFTM LEDr portfolio and drive new initiative of product portfolio with reasonable topline and bottom line.

Key Responsibility:
- Drive LEDr AM portfolio with business development and reasonable margin
- Responsible for yearly performance of the product line
- New product proposal and portfolio management/roadmap
- Conduct market analysis and develeop business opportunities based on responsible portfolio and competition
- Responsible for NPI business development and work together with sales and marketing team to conduct fast go to market
- Internal business development with BG /APAC regional commercial team

Qualification:
-3~5 years product manager experience
-Min. 3 year of experience in business development with successful story
-Technical education background, such as Electrical / Mechanical / Physics
-Cross functional leadership
-Entrepreneurship and good calibration
-English as working language
