Job Description Summary EHS Program Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the specific programs on Environmental, Health and Safety for GE Healthcare China Region. Roles and Responsibilities: Individuals with expertise in EHS framework management system, Responsible for Great China EHS management program promotion/implementation (EHS framework) to support business growth. Make sure business operation in line with updated China EHS laws, regulations and related GEHC standards. Design and develop companywide occupational programs, procedures and requirements. Responsible for product team(MVS) EHS management and work as point of contact for segment. Assist Head of EHS to promote EHS culture within company and hold various EHS activity(Healthahead day, safety month…) to increase employee involvement and build up solid EHS culture. Participate in each region accident investigations, radiation incident investigation, assist management to identify root causes and complete accident reports and follow up properly. Work as EHS training program leader for China S&S/BTP/CTP and ensure all of training complete on time. Conduct EHS audit /inspection to identify the gaps and take actions to follow up properly. Assist to implement safety management of change programs in all remote offices and home bases office. Develop and review emergency response plan, conduct drills and take actions to fulfill the requirements. Lead risk assessment and deliver related trainings to employees. Liaise with local authority to support radiation safety management and other related work. Responsible for all of NPI and FMI projects EHS compliance. Monitor EHS performance monthly and Responsible for monthly EHS newsletter release/monthly touchpoint. Promote contractor safety management system. Job Requirements: ? Bachelor of Environment Engineering, Safety Engineering, ISO14001,45001& 50001management system consultant, or related background. ? At least 10 years experience in EHS management supporting or communication experience at site/service ? Be familiar with China EHS laws, regulations and related standards etc. ? Be familiar with EHS projects implementation. ? Be familiar with radiation safety management, occupation management… ? Good planning and organization skills. ? Professional certifications on EHS or related training certification. ? Able to simultaneously manage multiple sites, adjust to changing priorities and to make decisions with speed and accuracy based on available information Desired Characteristics ? Excellent oral and written English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ? Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working under high-pressure ? Outstanding leadership, influence and communication skills . ? Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
