Job Description Summary In this role, you are the focal person for China service localization projects, work closely with cross function team to drive and improve service localization result. In addition, you are also in chare of service supply chain strategy development and overall OSSC operation excellence.

Participating in developing service localization strategy including parts repair, OEM supplier repair, Harvest, local buy… setting goals, and identifying action plans to drive localization program execution and business growth; ? Overall responsibility for the cross-functional (global service, engineering, QA, RA, supply chain, field operation etc) localization project and program success and impact on the overall business strategy, and also creates and ensures effective and efficient communication across business functions; motivates and energizes the team through leadership; ? Design localization process and drive result and efficiency; ? Monitor and analysis owned operation performance including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, Inventory; ? In charge of Supplier performance management and responsible for risk management of the whole supplier base, ensuring all compliance and quality standards are met; ? Engage different stakeholders, apply LEAN thinking and setup effective operation mechanism, drive the continuous improvement in process/system/operation, build up the LEAN culture across the team Qualifications/Requirements ? This role requires significant experience in operation or project management, at least 10 years working experience in similar positions in MNC; ? Good global communication skills and personality, able to maintain good relationship and cooperate with business partners; ? Bachelor degree or above in related field; ?
