Job Responsibilities:

· Define and align the digital & IT roadmap to focus on the most impactful areas.

· Collaborate with financial partners to plan and manage the digital & IT budget for efficient fulfilment.

· Lead demand management, offering business requirements and process insights for project success.

· Expertise in digital solutions related to business process and can translate business requirements into actionable digital solutions.

· Act as the primary contact and partner concern point for all digital & IT-related matters.

· Partner with global, regional, and local teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Experience & Requirement:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field is helpful.

· Minimum of 8 years in MNCs company digital and IT areas, preferably with strong business partnership experience.

· Proven experience working with cross-functional teams or on cross-functional projects.

· Skilled in analyzing and detailing business requirements, translating them into technical needs.

· Extensive IT project management, resource optimization; certification preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.

· Proactive, adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
