Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided. Communicate with custom broker to check customs clearance Execute by arranging warehouse requirements if applicable Execute by providing support on eservices if applicable Execute customer service by answering questions and solving issues. Validate Billing and do accrual. Provide support to Finance if required
Requirement:
3-4 years’ experience within freight Management high-tech Customer, service experience for apple preference; Multi modal knowledge and operational skills. Good knowledge of computer systems, both exports and invoicing Knowledge of customs tariffs and the customers organization and operations Good communication skills both to co-workers and customers, suppliers, etc. Can accept OT at weekend and public holiday.
