Main Task: ( ) Customer service and coordination of requirements of existing customers. ( ) Coordinate and communicate with the operational department and overseas network to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. ( ) Provide customer shipment updates (tracking report). ( ) Handle customer inquiries and help to solve problems if any incidents happen. ( ) Assist Sales to issue quotations to customers. ( ) Visit existing Customers per quarter (jointly with Sales). ( ) Monitor A/R development for customers. ( ) Inform the Line Manager and use the best job know-how with company resources to handle complaints. ( ) Sharing both company network and market changes with customers. ( ) Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received during his duty from the management of the company or other sources. ( ) Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his belonging to the Dachser Group Enthusiasm,Professionalism, and Straightforwardness.
Requirement: Education: College or/and above; Experience: 1-3 years work experience in internationall freight forwarder as sales staff,operation operation experience is preferred; Language Skills: Fluent English both in written and speaking; Core Competencies: Strong communication and negotiateon skills; Strong independently problem solving capabilityes; High integrity; Very customer-oriented templayer; Ability to work independently and under pressure,Good Co-opetation skill with team work;
