国内电商开拓运营经验,英文流利 Job Description 1)Work with GM to create and establish product strategy for EC channels 2)Tailor portfolio of opportunities in eCommerce to local market to make it a platform for growth, including through partnerships with brands and communication initiatives; 3)Identify and coordinate local promotions and launch of new products within the eCommerce area; 4)Enrich and optimize product local descriptions in digital channels; 5)Lead eCommerce product calendar plan through co-working with buying team across channels and manage the whole go-to-market process. 6) Collaborate with cross team to ensure seasonal product ranges, launch and GTM flow based on local consumer insights. 7) Supporting the development of conceptual assortment plans by online request and determining key product attributes. 8) In-season product performance analysis, discount management, product plan and closely co-work with partners to do quick actions.
Requirements 1)Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within eCommerce 2)Deep understanding of the dynamics of the local market 3)Experience working on an eCommerce operation with entrepreneurial spirit; 4)Deep understanding in all the commercial levers to drive performance (range, price, experience, marketing); 5)A confident leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, challenge, and create commitment within the organization 6) Positive attitude and with outstanding interpersonal skills, competent in building and developing relationships both internally and externally 7) strong team player happy to work collaboratively on a global scale 8) Very structured with strong organizational skills 9) Fluent in English
