岗位职责: ? Report to the Wholesale Director in China. ? Assist the China Wholesale team of different brands in daily operation and sales campaign. ? Order processing and management: processing customer orders and purchase agreements, ensuring accuracy on discount & T&C, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery. ? Communication and coordination: collaborating with internal teams such as wholesale, finance, logistics and HQ’s CS teams to ensure effective communication and efficient order fulfillment. ? Order deposit and settlement: coordinating with clients to ensure timely payment for orders and pickup. ? Supporting sales campaign: managing customer codes, price list, agenda and appointment. ? Handling returns and exchanges: processing customer returns, exchanges and refunds in credit note, ensuring customers’ satisfaction and compliance with company policies and procedure.
任职要求: ? Customer services experience: more than 5 years of previous experience in a customer service role (supervisory level or above), preferably in the fashion industry or a related field. ? Excellent communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. ? Attention to details: accurate in data calculation and presentation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ? Team player: ability to collaborate with colleagues across different departments and work effectively in a team environment. ? Time management: strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
