? Organize and lead customer meetings ? Lead a designated capture team taking a business opportunity from first contact to contract signing ? Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the sales process ? In coordination with the BU Regional Sales Manager implement effective business strategies that will grow the revenue, profitability & achieve the business objectives ? Carry out market research and analyses to identify and evaluate growth opportunities and competition ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure customers are receiving the best solutions available ? Build and maintain networks and relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the industries ? Identify and participate in local exhibitions, conferences and organize workshops, seminars and other marketing activities as required ? Proactively identify, drive and develop potential customers in the battery eco-system
Experience ? At least 5 years relevant working experience, covering solution sales of capital equipment from battery or automotive industries ? In-depth knowledge of lithium ion battery and automotive production processes ? Strong understanding of the market and competitive landscape
Other specific skills or knowledge ? Curious and motivated to grow with the tasks ? Strong in networking ? Strong sales and negotiation skills ? Fluent in English and Mandarin ? Proficiency in technical language and the ability to explain complex machinery to non technical customers
Education At least B.Sc. in relevant field supporting the above
