Responsibilities: 1． Continue improve supply planning process and supply chain optimization a) Generate supply plans with manufacturing sites and Demand Planning to ensure supply availability b) Identify key supply-demand imbalance, evaluate options and propose solutions c) Support IBP process implementation; highlight supply issue in DRM, SRM and S&OP d) Work with sites to improve supply reliability and responsiveness e) Lead capacity planning analysis with manufacturing sites for strategic decision making f) Risk management, includes proactive risk identification, assessment and mitigation plan development 2． Continuous enhance Service level a) Support on forecast accuracy enhancement, esp. on Importation related products(both as-is products and NPI FA) b) Leader for problem solving for importation products once any supply/service risk 3． Coordinate supply chain to support NPI launch c) Support to complete SKU master file for new product d) Maintain new product into supply planning systems e) Core project team member for importation related NPI project to ensure launch on time f) Participate in project meetings of CMO related NPI projects A& co-work with project team to ensure launch on time 4． Inventory management a) Fully understand the key planning parameters (lead-time, lot size, planning cycle, supply reliability, demand variability, customer service target etc.), working capital targets and E2E process b) Regularly review parameters setting and make adjustment c) Timely highlight aging stock, analyze root cause and drive liquidation actions d) Manage stock levels for NPD and re-launches/discontinuations e) Lead inventory optimization projects with sites 5. System management a) Own master data accuracy and ensure the maintenance in systems like APO ,AW system, etc b) Work with IT to resolve system issues to get right supply data flow to supply sites
Requirements: ? Bachelor’s degree or above ? more than 5 years working experience in demand & supply planning (of which at least 3 years Supply planning related experience), familiar with end-to-end supply chain operation & optimization, PO transaction ? Familiar with DP and SCP module of SAP, good understanding of MRPII concept ? Good understanding of concept and skills of inventory management, In-bound & Out-bound management and working experience ? Good data sensitivity and data driven analysis capability ? English CET-6, proficient in speaking, listening, and reading ? Strong ownership, accountability, and commitment. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Quick learner and take initiative to drive change and improvement
