Roles & Responsibilities ? The logistics coordinator will be the primary owner for all the tasks and outcomes listed in the following table. They are grouped into: ? Build readiness. o Track build fixture/equipment procurement demand for HWTE stations. Prepare and maintain build demand requirements in advance, prioritization, and schedule. o Track lead time and work with vendors to ensure fixtures/equipment arrive on time for build. ? BOM data readiness and tracking (supplier & CM) o Manage BOM – Including Issues resolution, Support activities for Mass production (MP), Validity of BOM data for specific MP. ? Procurement cycle (P2P) data validation o Drive Purchases, Invoice Management, Management finance for the logistics activities. ? Logistics paperwork (customs, shipping & receiving) o Work with CM to ensure availability of Fixtures and issue management and communication with stake holders. o Conduct and Manage audits of the logistics under consideration. ? Reporting o Build Readiness Report. Highlight critical items and blockers immediately. Report weekly and/or daily depending on critical items and build blockers. o BOM readiness Report. Weekly updates o Inventory Report per build. o Program Report
Technical/Functional Skills ? Proficient in data management systems (PLM systems, MS Excel, Tableau) or other database platforms. ? Experience handling complex global logistics and customs. ? SAP experience ? Exposure to equipment supplier negotiations and cost analysis ? Experience working with various suppliers in different capacities. ? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Other languages, including Mandarin, are desirable, but not required ? Requires BS degree, plus at least 2 years related hardware manufacturing, custom instrumentation, and fixture procurement experience or equivalent. ? Experience working with overseas contract manufacturers and vendors. ? Experience as a leader / manager for hardware electronics domain ( ? Knowledge of supplier management, including managing purchase requisitions.
