This position is a key role to enable people to achieve greater success and build healthy culture to make Intuitive Fosun as a great place to work. His/her main responsibilities are: Learning and Development · Plan and execute learning programs aligning with people development needs and business strategy · Run online learning campus according to the schedule · Lead New Employee Orientation Program · Own L&D operation SOP and continuously improve it through practice · Manage the learning platform, maintain learning database and output measurement results · Support on onsite trainings, workshops or other L&D events if needed · (Co-)facilitate training or workshop if needed · Other assigned ad hoc jobs Company Culture and Engagement · Promote company culture and organize culture immersion events · Conduct employee experience survey and follow up employee engagement action plan · Support on change management if needed Requirements: · At least Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, HR or a related field and Master’s degree is preferred · 3+ years of working experience in L&D function · Passionate in L&D field with good insight of people and willing to learning through hands-on works · Detail-oriented with can-do attitude for high-quality deliverables · Hard working and be able to work independently under pressure · Highly effective written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin · Proficiency in MS office, especially in PPT and Excel
