EV Product & Business Development Manager With the increase of new energy vehicle ownership, new energy vehicle after-sales service market has become a new growth area. According to 2025 China's new energy vehicle ownership is expected to exceed 20 million units projected, after-sales service market size is expected to exceed 100 billion yuan. This newly created position is targeting at product and business development of electric vehicles parts for the vehicle aftermarket, including but not limited to EDS, Tools, Service, etc. Department: Vehicle Aftermarket, Automotive Working location: Shanghai Line Manager: Manager, Product Lines CNEA & SEA Key Responsibilities: * Define business mode and partners for EV with product categories and service solutions. * Define product & business development roadmap, value proposition and pricing strategy. * Build up business strategy and lead relevant product development. * Lead EV channel development and carry out channel development plan. * Cooperate with cross functions in full value chain, such as sourcing, supply chain and sales team, to deliver achievable business results. * Research new categories opportunities basing on EV trend, such as services and solution.Requirements: * University Degree preferably in Engineering or equivalent * Over 5 years solid work experience of business development or vehicle service * Experience for the Service business is preferred. * Good understand of market trend and service solutions of electric vehicle. * Good business overview and analysis skill * Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin * Creative and open minded
