岗位职责:
You'll be responsible for
61 Playing to win as a team / process leader to reach business performance.
※ I co-work the project of my warehouse, and organise collective activity with clear targets and directions with my team/ process.
※ I analyse and study various angles of data and approaches for leveraging operation performance.
※ I negotiate and cooperate with vendors for business-driven action, cost optimization and service upgrade.
※ I coordinate compliance with local law and Decathlon standards in people management.

61 Playing to win as a project leader to optimise warehousing process and automation solution.
※ I drive the digitalisation of automated warehousing for efficient and accurate fulfilment of omni-channel orders.
※ I think outside the box and practice as part of a team through our best practices.
※ I collaborate with cross BUs to facilitate added-value tasks and pain points resolution.
※ I proactively seek and coordinate resources to drive change management and service excellence.
※ I measure regularly the value I create and I make sure that it grows.
任职要求:
Location & commitments
61 Contract: Permanent
61 Probation：6 months
61 Location: Huaqiao, Yanjiao, Dongguan

Candidate requirements

61 Bachelor degree or above, majoring in logistics supply chain, industrial engineering, overseas study or working experience is preferred.
61 Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin a must. Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
