Main purpose of job: 1. Follow the online & offline CRM project, familiar with common CRM marketing tools. 2. Monitor & Summarize CRM KPIs for the Region and by individual store 3. Coordinate with retail store to implement CRM marketing and provide data analysis & feedback before and after 4. Daily management of customer database; development of in-depth customer profiles, client merging, client reassignments 5. Work closely with retail store to segment client base effectively for store events, and create relevant phone/email scripts for stores 6. Assist in executing CRM activities and projects, and overseeing all aspects of the entire process. 7. Collaborate with agency for campaign brief and deployment. Support the brand event and program, clienteling campaign and client service plan.
Job Qualifications & Specifications ? University Degree or above ?Around 1 year related working or internship experience in CRM; preferably in Luxury Retail; ? Initiative, multi-task and can work under high pressure ? Well organized and sensitive to figures ? Strong communication skills, good command of English ? Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is a must
