Coordinate cross-departmental communication, work closely with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of demand plans. 6. Manage team members' performance, provide training and guidance to promote team development and enhance work efficiency. 任职资格: Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or related fields. 2. At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with experience in demand planning or supply chain management preferred. 3.
