职位描述
Objectives of the Job:
This person will be responsible for developing complete vehicle contract manufacture business in China to meet the business goal of Magna Steyr in China and Global. Achieve the sales target of complete vehicle contract manufacturing.
Work with manufacture plant, business development, finance, etc. with full support for business growth. Can work under pressure of timing and complexity, willing to travel both locally and overseas.
Job Responsibility:
Sales
1. Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and sales target in accordance with aligned Magna Steyr China business plan.
2. Implement sales strategy and achieve sales target.
3. Setup customer base and maintain regular connection with customers for potential CM business opportunities.
4. Work with manufacture, finance, business development and other functions to prepare company presentation, offer and other documents shared to Customers.
5. Lead offer/contract negotiation and finalize contract terms and conditions.
6. Good understanding of automotive market, especially on complete vehicle contract manufacture, build-up and maintain customer relationship.
7. On-time database update.
Education/Experience:
61 Bachelor’s degree above.
61 Mature and experienced sales (engineering / manufacturing background is preferred)
61 Experience in automotive industry.
61 Have a good track record of business growth by developing business in China.
61 Know well about Chinese automotive market.
61 Excellent English and Mandarin language skills
61 Be passionate and proactive.
Work Experience:
61 Total years experience in 3-5, experience in automotive industry.
61 Vehicle Manufacturing related knowledge and experience.
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:

61 Solid understanding of Chinese automotive market.
61 Technical Knowledge / Skill Cross-functional Experience (vehicle development, complete vehicle manufacturing processes)
61 Good feeling on numbers, understand the finance figures especially the quotation logic connected with related business model and manufacturing process.
61 English and Mandarin skills.
61 Excellent communication skills, both daily & technical, good negotiation skills.
61 "Hands on", result oriented, creative, and entrepreneurial approach.
61 Can talk to the high-level people from OEM and build relationships.
61 High self-motivation and ability to operate autonomously technical knowledge background in Automotive Industry.
