What this job involves: Client Management 61 Ensuring client satisfaction through excellent facilities management planning, delivery and support; 61 Assist the SOM to compile the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the clients; 61 To provide comprehensive vendor, engineering management, employee & soft services to the client, with a focus on continuous improvement. Operations Management 61 To ensure vendors implement and execute client’s procedures and policies; 61 Continuous optimization of processes, tools and documentation; 61 Managing the soft services vendors and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of client’s facilities at all times; 61 On-call availability after office hours for emergency recalls as and required; 61 Establish and manage the delivery of maintenance programs across the client’s portfolio in China. 61 Provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management support for technical & soft services and ensure agreed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets are met; 61 Proactively assist in the financial and other targets established to ensure high level of client satisfaction. Health and Safety 61 Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards and work proactively with the account’s EHS Manager; 61 Ensure that service delivery teams and on-site vendors undergo a Health and Safety Induction training prior to deployment on site; 61 Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times and keep the EHS Manager duly informed of any safety incidents; 61 Upkeep system drawings and good documentation practices. Client Satisfaction 61 High level of communications within the organization and with the client. 61 Improvements and savings initiatives for the client as well as JLL 61 Identification of business opportunities for JLL with the client. 61 Ensure the KPI targets for the account are met. To apply you will have: 61 A university degree or professional qualifications in engineering, real estate or facility management; 61 10 years practical experience in property or facility management; 61 Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions; 61 Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese languages; 61 Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills.
