Position Summary The role is responsible for driving sales in contract logistics by developing customer relationships, bidding on projects, and adapting to market demands while collaborating with internal teams to optimize products and secure contracts.
Key Accountabilities Responsible for contract logistics customer development and project bidding, complete the sales performance target. Highly sensitive to the demand of contract logistics market, grasp the potential factors affecting the market, and reserve intentional cooperation projects in advance. Collect and analyze target customers in the industry to research to identify potential business opportunities. Develop and build relationships among target customers, strive for opportunities with key decision makers, and propose solutions. As the customer's business demand changes, put forward development suggestions on the company's existing products, continue to optimize company products. Guide customers to identify future challenges, dig deep into the potential needs and expand profit margin. Cooperate with the internal functional departments to promote the sales process. Responsible for customer contract negotiation, signing and completion of the overall solution design. Complete other work assigned by the superior.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Bachelor or above, preferably in logistics & supply chain management, marketing More than 10 years of sales or key account experience in logistics industry, familiar with 3PL operation mode Highly result oriented with ambition to exceed sales target Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and networking capabilities Good analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills Presentable & flexible and with strong multi-tasking skills Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English Demonstrate success in developing large scale logistics projects
