Key Responsibilities You’ll own Customer relationships in China, with focus on improving service and creating value for our customers. Key relationship will be the sourcing office of one of Ligentia’s largest customers, based in Shanghai. You’ll manage relationship with our freight operation teams, procurement, tech team, and other essential internal to ensure we delight our customers. You’ll share best practices, trends and gaps across the region and will help embed the new ways of working with global and central teams Ensure implementation process is mapped and consistently deployed against any new customer acquisition. Map customer journey and promote with consistency across CX teams. Drive customer performance and analysis through reporting metrics captured by Ligentix Ecosystem technologies including Customer Hub. You’ll receive support locally from global functions such as Finance, People, Operations, Procurement and Sales You’ll form a community with our wider China team to share best practices, success stories, gaps and development opportunities You’ll own the day-to-day leadership the China based Customer Experience by leading team meetings and will have the ability to take the regional message to cascade internally You will be an active ambassador for the company and the region and will be outwardly facing in the category. Qualifications 15+ years’ experience working in supply chain strategy and execution. Strong sales and supply chain operations experience Business Degree and/or Master qualification. Languages a bonus! Global experience in services organisations across fast paced environments Experience in sales and supply chain operations Strong leader with the ability to manage large operations Disruptive and non-conventional Ability to travel
