About the Job: The Supply Chain Team Leader is responsible for supply continuity from product launch through end of manufacturing, which includes sourcing, planning, purchasing manufacturing development and logistics activities related to our products. To succeed in this role, you need excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners and strong understanding of Semiconductor commodity management. She/he will highly cooperate with R&D team, Sales team, Order Management team, Finance team and external suppliers to support the development, implementation, production, and management of our products with optimal supply assurance, cost, flexibility, quality and delivery. This role will build and leverage strong working relationships with each stakeholder.
Key Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage demand and supply to maximize commitments to meet sales demand. 2. Support the team members on supply planning professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of departmental goals. 3. Monitor stock levels and set inventory policy (safety stock, min/max inventory management). Expedite delivery of goods when appropriate. 4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements. 5. Monitor and evaluate supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and streamline processes. 6. Plan, coordinate and monitor material movements throughout entire supply chain from factories to all locations with risk and shipping cost control. 7. Monitor 3PL performance and operation cost to meet with company target. 8. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and track supply planning, purchasing and delivery performance, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management. 9. Lead the team members to the right direction and provide the best effort to enhance the overall process. 10. Demonstrate excellent communication abilities to senior leaders both internally and externally.
Basic Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field. 2. 5+ years of direct experience in supplier/supply chain management. 3. 3+ years of people management experience. 4. Knowledge of Semiconductor industry. 5. Proven ability to influence across multiple functional teams. 6. Flexible and able to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments. 7. Ability to toggle between strategic and detail orientated thinking. 8. Be an excellent communicator, capable of working in multinational environments, driven and motivated by accomplishing extraordinary objectives. 9. Resilience character and can work under pressure.
