Responsibilities: 1. Window person to customers representing the company to create and maintain good customer relationship. 2. To get new RFQs from customers and take responsibility to get new business by properly managing the bidding process. 3. Proactively communicate both internally and externally。 4. Existing business maintenance and achieve the sales target. 5. Business Development for the new customer and new strategy product, increase market shares. 6. Involve the strategy plan, business plan and budget plan for related customer. 7. Limit LTA Negotiations according to targets. 8. Avoid overdue receivables from customers. 9. To ensure that the Process is known and met by the affected personnel (e.g.: training sessions, process changes information sessions, compliance surveillance, etc). 10. To assess the Process risks and opportunities according to the Process P-01.6, MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES - IMPROVEMENT 11. To participate in the internal/external audits and elaborate the action plan when nonconformities are found.
Qualifications: 1. Min 5 years working experience in the sales and marketing area. 2. Convincing working experience in Automobile industry and good customer relationship are expected, with strong sales experience and track record of revenue and profit growth. 3. Good communication skills. 4. Good oral and written English will be preferred. 5. Above Bachelor major in marketing will be preferred.
