工作职责:
制定并实施销售策略,以实现业务目标
发现新的商业机会,并与零售连锁企业建立关系
监控市场趋势和竞争对手的活动,以便相应地调整销售策略
监督从勘探到达成交易的销售过程
与市场营销和产品开发团队合作

Position: Sales Manager (Retail)
Budget: RMB21000, Gross monthly
Location: Shanghai

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management, particularly in selling directly to retail chains
Strong communication skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with retail chains
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly
Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams

Location: Shanghai

Requirements:
Proven experience in export sales (Asia), preferably in the wholesale sector frozen meat
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of export regulations and procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages (Russian/Chinese) is a plus
Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's export market
Identifying and acquiring new wholesale customers
Managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Negotiating and closing sales deals
Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
